They newer feel thoroughly satisfied with the level of their professionalism and they improve it over a period of life. Tutoring requires not only a lot of knowledge, but also some special qualities.
Among specific qualities of a good teacher the most important are the next ones:

Good teacher knows how to explain the material in accessible way. A lot of people that know a lot hate to explain organization of the simplest things. And nice teacher loves to do that.
